Something's Missing in the Children's DVD Collection

Beginning today, the J DVD collection is getting an update. Over the next month each J DVD will get a new three-letter label. These labels (that look just like the ones on the Adult DVDs) will make it easier to find the titles you're looking for.

J DVDs will not be available for check-out while they are being re-labeled. The good news is that each movie should be unavailable for less than one day. If you need help finding what you're looking for, please ask one of the librarians at the Children's Reference Desk.

International Languages For Kids

Did you know there's a section in the Children's Department just for materials in foreign languages? In our International Languages section, you'll find languages such as Spanish, French, Hindi, Tamil, Chinese, Arabic, and many more. We have materials for helping you learn another language, as well as books and DVDs for entertainment. Ask a CPL librarian to show you this great section next time you come to the library!
