The event takes place in the Community Room on Saturday, March 10, 2012, from 1:00-2:00 PM. You will learn what you can do to improve and maintain your health. You will examine how your environment, healthy eating and exercise influence your health and well-being. Workshops are designed for children ages 6-11, accompanied by an adult.
