Canton Public Library

Mix up a little science, some technology, engineering and math and what do you get? A fun way for families and children in grades 2-5 to learn new things. Learn about the circulatory system and how blood travels through the body. Saturday November 7, from 2:00-3:00 PM in the Purple Room. Registration is required.

Two different times for two different age groups! The Canton Public Library is expanding it's Minecraft offerings! Participate in themed-builds in Creative Mode with your friends, collaborate, show off your skills, and provide feedback for future events. No swearing or griefing will be allowed. Participants must have a basic knowledge of the game and have their own PC account. Demo, Playstation and XBox accounts are not compatible with our server. Registration is required.

For kids ages 7-10 years old: Friday, October 30, from 1:30-3:00 PM in the Computer iLab

For kids ages 11-13 years old: Saturday, October 10, from 2:00-3:30 PM in the Computer iLab

Celebrate World Space Week at our Family Reading Night on Tuesday, October 6, from 7:00-8:00 PM. Attendees, ages 4-8, will hear space themed stories, participate in a series of activities, and receive a free book to add to their own personal library. Registration begins September 24.
