Plymouth Canton Community Schools Early Childhood staff developed this list of recommended information books for Preschoolers looking for something factual and fun. Want to learn more about the Google Chromebooks and iPads that PCCS students are receiving? Join us and technology staff from the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools on Monday, May 19 or Thursday, May 22, 7:00-8:30 PM for a hands-on learning session. We will have Chromebooks and iPads for parents to use and explore. Topics to be covered include:

• Devices and how they are used in the classroom
• Chromebook use and trouble shooting
• Google Apps for Education, including resources for help
• Digital Citizenship-- what parents need to know about online safety, passwords and more
• Q and A time-- ask the experts

Do you have a student in the Plymouth Canton Community Schools? Learn how to use MIStar, formerly called Zangle, to track your student's school progress, absences, assignments and grades. Maria Panek, IT expert from PCCS, guides you through a hands-on class where you'll learn how to log in and use all the features available so you can help your student stay on track. These sessions take place in the Canton Public Library's Internet Lab. Two sessions are available:

• Saturday, October 20, 10:00-11:00 AM
• Wednesday, October 24, 7:00-8:00 PM
