Ducks away! by Mem Fox

FIVE LITTLE DUCKS

Five little ducks went out to play, over the hills and far away.

Papa duck said, “quack, quack, quack, quack,” but only four little ducks came back.

[count down until there are no ducks left]...

No little ducks went out to play, over the hills and far away.

Papa duck said [really loudly], “quack, quack, quack, quack,” and all of the ducks came waddling back.

Ducklings by Julie Murray

DUCKLINGS, DUCKLINGS

          Duckling, duckling, turn around

          Duckling, duckling, touch the ground

Duckling, duckling, reach your wings wide

          Duckling, duckling, fly so high

          Duckling, duckling, shake those feathers

          Duckling, duckling, quack together

          Duckling, duckling, kick those feet

Duckling, duckling, sit down in your seat

IF YOU'RE HAPPY AND YOU KNOW IT

If you're happy and you know it, flap your wings.

If you're happy and you know it, flap your wings.

If you're happy and you know it, and you really want to show it

If you're happy and you know it, flap your wings.

[repeat with: quack quack, waddle waddle, and any other ducky actions you can think of]
