Escape Room: Time Machine Emergency

Work together with other participants to find hidden clues, solve puzzles, and complete tasks in order to escape. Escape rooms are a fun activity that tests your problem solving skills while making new friends. Can you make it out in time?

 

The theme for this escape room is Time Machine Emergency. Participants have been accidentally transported back into the past by a malfunctioning time machine. The time machine is heavily damaged and will self-destruct in 45 minutes. Participants only have tools from the past to help them repair the broken time machine in order to return to the present. The Witcher is Coming to Neflix, December 20th, 2019!

The Witcher Netflix series is finally coming to Netflix on December 20th, 2019. The show will be based off the popular fantasy books, Saga o Wiedźminie, written by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski. The showrunner, Lauren Hissrich, has seven seasons planned in order to tell the story of Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer. Check out the following today to get ready for season one of "The Witcher!"

The last wish : introducing The witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski

Based on trailers and interviews, the first season will be focused on this book, "The Last Wish," which is a collection of short stories that takes place before the Witcher Saga. These stories introduce Gerlat and Yennefer. 

Sword of destiny by Andrzej Sapkowski

"Sword of Destiny" is the second prequel book that has also been referenced in the trailers. This is another collection of short stories that explains Geralt's connection to Ciri. 

Open Enrollment Starts November 1st

Enrollment for a 2020 health insurance plan starts on November 1st. Individuals can renew their insurance plan or sign up for a new one until December 15th at healthcare.gov/. 

Need a computer to sign up? No problem! We have many computers with internet access that are free to use.

Virtual Family Storytime Battle

Who will win? Hats vs. Underwear in this Virtual Storytime Battle! Come join us for a special edition of family storytime and cheer for your favorite! Participants ages 0-5 will; listen to stories, sing songs, and dance to music. Registrants will also receive a kit with activities to complete and share during the Zoom event. 

 

Note: please schedule your curbside appointment OR pick up your kit from the hold shelf AFTER you receive an email noting your kit is ready. Kits take time to make and place on the hold shelf.
