Canton Seniors Book Discussion: July-December 2015

The Canton Seniors Book Discussion Group meets on the fourth Thursday of the month from 2:00PM-3:00PM in Canton Public Library's Group Study Room A.  We discuss a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles.

Mark Twain's Previously Unknown Writings

Mark TwainMark Twain, Father of American Literature, and author of famous works such as Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and the Adventures of Tom Sawyer, has more to offer us readers. On September 5, 2015 Louise Erdrich will receive the Library of Congress Prize for American Fiction during the Library of Congress National Book Festival. Ms. Erdrich has won the National Book Award for The Round House and the National Book Critics Award for Love Medicine.  She was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for The Plague Of Doves
