105th Anniversary of World War I

Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife, Sophie's, assassination on June 28, 1914 sparked the beginning of what became World War I.  On July 28th of that year, Austria-Hungry declared war on Serbia and within weeks, WWI was in full swing. The war lasted until November 11, 1918 when Germany was finally forced to seek armistice.

STEM for Adults!

Tired of your kids having all the fun? Blast off with us during our Adult STEM program as we design, build, and launch rockets. We will learn that maybe Rocket Science isn't that hard after all! There will be rocket building, flying contests, and prizes! We will attempt to make Matchbox Rockets, Vinegar and Baking Soda Rockets, Stop Rockets, and Water and Air Rockets.  This program is for 18 years and older. Now it's our turn to have all the fun!

1:00 p.m.-- Button Maker & Make Your Own Comic
2:00 p.m. Movie-- Star Wars: the Last Jedi
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.-- Selfie station in the lobby with backdrops (costumes encouraged)
