We have got you covered on some music to groove to this summer! Whether you are having a social distancing or virtual block party this summer, or your family is enjoying a backyard cookout, we want to provide you with some options for a summer soundtrack. We have two playlists to choose from on multiple platforms to stream or download for later. We also have provided some links below to our in house music collection as well as digital titles for you to download for free with your Canton Public Library card!

The month of May is Asian American and Pacific Heritage month. This month celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islanders' contributions to the history, culture, and achievements in the United States. Have you ever watched exploding fruit or made vegetable volcano erupt? If you'd like to see this and more, please check out our Explosive Science program. 

We invite you to join us live as we dive into different aspects of explosive science with spectacular experiments.  A list of supplies and other information will be available at the program so you can try the experiments at home!

Calming Crafts

Join us live on Zoom as we assemble beginner-friendly crafts, meant to soothe and calm. The kit is available by registration only and will include supplies to make a felt succulent wall hanging, stress-relieving slime, and some adult coloring sheets and pencils. You will need a hot glue gun, or other felt-friendly glue from home to assemble the succulents and wreath. We provide the rest! 

Registration begins July 15, 2021, and kits will be assembled for each registered patron and available for pickup. July 27- Aug 3, 2021. Zoom link for the program will be in the kits and emailed 24 hours before the program.
